Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to brand standards
• Ensure presentation and portion of items meet Veriwell quality standards
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas, counters, and service stations
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols for food handling and customer areas
• Assist with table clearing, dishwashing, and resetting for new customers
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally
• Support smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house operations
• Follow opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory checks
• Assist in training new staff and participating in team development initiatives
• Report operational issues, equipment faults, or safety hazards promptly

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Previous experience in café, restaurant, or customer service preferred
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Physically fit and able to stand or move for extended periods
• Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and customer-focused
