Job Description

The barista's role includes brewing and serving coffee, tea, and various beverages, taking customer orders, processing payments, and delivering outstanding customer service, all while keeping the workspace clean, operating equipment such as espresso machines, and restocking supplies.

Job Requirements

Key job requirements are as follows:

• Beverage Preparation: Making espresso, lattes, teas, and other drinks, often with latte art, following recipes and customer preferences.
• Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders accurately, processing payments (cash/card), and answering questions about the menu.
• Equipment Operation: Using and maintaining espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing tools.
• Cleanliness & Stocking: Keeping workstations, equipment, and the seating area clean, sanitized, and well-stocked.
• Atmosphere: Creating a friendly, positive, and inviting environment for guests.
• Food Service: Sometimes preparing or serving pastries, sandwiches, and other food items.
