Job Description

Our representative office is now looking for a bright and dynamic individual to join our growing team as an Interior Architect/Sales Assistant for the Asian market. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team by producing project design proposals, presentations, and technical documents. This will also include the creation of aesthetically individual spatial concepts/interiors & Planning concepts for clients. The responsibilities will also extend to being a Sales Assistant where you will be liaising with key contacts directly to discuss specifications and project-related topics.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDES:

  • Responsible and taking ownership of key projects which are acquired and introduced by the sales team, through specification to completion of order.
  • Presenting to clients in the showroom.
  • Participation in hosting clients for evening events.
  • Presenting / training for dealer partners.
  • Organizing correspondence and project-related information within CRM (Salesforce).
  • pCon training to partners where required.
  • Floor plan planning, views, and visualizations with products from WK using pCon.
  • Data exchange of the planned CAD drawings with dealers, architects, and end customers.
  • Creating mood boards.
  • Collaboration with headquarters regarding Kuala Lumpur showroom design and implementation.
  • Generation of quotations when required.

You will receive initial training at our HQ in Germany and throughout your career you will have multifaceted experience ranging from sales to product understanding for luxury design.

Job Requirements

 We are looking for individuals who: 

  • Highly organized.
  • Aesthetically driven with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office & pCon.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills, especially in English. 
  • Are able to speak and understand Mandarin.
  • Degree in Interior Design / Furniture Design – Ideally 5 years of experience in an architectural office or at a furniture dealer.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Candidates MUST possess exceptional communication skills in English and have no difficulties in speaking to international clients and presenting yourself professionally and confidently. Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferable.
