<p><strong>Role Objective:</strong><br>Support lead generation, appointment setting, and sales closure activities.</p>
<p></p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in setting up appointments with potential rentees and conducting property viewings.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the sales team in closing rental deals and completing necessary documentation.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct market research to assist in pricing and property trends analysis.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Help in developing and maintaining client relationships.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in creating promotional materials and marketing strategies.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support administrative tasks related to sales activities.</li>
<li>Assist in other tasks required by employer.</li>
