Job Description

Sales Assistant

Experience Level: Fresh Graduate / Entry-Level
Work Location: On-site (Klang Valley)
Schedule: Full-time (on-site only)

Role Objective:
Support lead generation, appointment setting, and sales closure activities.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • Assist in setting up appointments with potential rentees and conducting property viewings.   
  • Support the sales team in closing rental deals and completing necessary documentation.   
  • Conduct market research to assist in pricing and property trends analysis.   
  • Help in developing and maintaining client relationships.   
  • Assist in creating promotional materials and marketing strategies.   
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.   
  • Support administrative tasks related to sales activities.
  • Assist in other tasks required by employer.

Expectations:

  • Show eagerness to learn and grow in the real estate industry.   
  • Provide reliable support to the sales team and contribute to team success.   
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills.   
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   
  • Be proactive in assisting with various sales and marketing activities.

Job Requirements

  • SPM or higher.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.   
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the real estate industry.   
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation preferred.
