Job Description

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing exhibitions, trade shows, and events.
  • Communicate with clients to understand event requirements and objectives.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for logistics, booth setups, and event materials.
  • Coordinate event registration, floor plans, and exhibitor information.
  • Support the sales team by preparing proposals, quotations, and event-related documents.
  • Manage on-site event operations including setup, registration, troubleshooting, and breakdown.
  • Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare post-event reports, feedback collection, and analysis for future improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of event budgets, expenses, and billing.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during event setup and execution.
  • Assist in brainstorming new ideas for event concepts and experiences.

Job Requirements

  •  Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of working experience in exhibitions, events, or similar industries (fresh graduates are welcome to apply for junior roles).
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to travel and work during weekends or extended hours if required.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude.
  •  Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
