We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our creative team!
Your days will be filled with exciting projects ranging from designing user-friendly websites and landing pages, brainstorming digital campaign concepts, and crafting engaging user experiences for a multitude of clients.

Job Responsibilities.
- Design user-friendly interfaces and digital experiences for websites, landing pages, and digital platforms.
- Develop wireframes, user flows and mockups to communicate design concepts clearly.
- Work closely with the client servicing teams to translate client briefs into engaging digital experiences.
- Create conversion-focused landing pages and campaign microsites that support marketing objectives.
- Ensure design consistency and usability standards across all digital products and platforms.
- Collaborate with the team during campaign brainstorming, pitches, and concept development.
- Conduct basic UX research and competitor analysis to understand user behaviour and market trends.
- Continuously improve designs by reviewing user feedback, campaign performance, and usability insights.
- Ensure smooth handover of design assets and specifications to developers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, digital experiences, and design tools.
Job Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in UI/UX design, preferably in an advertising, digital agency, or marketing environment.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UI/UX design tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) is an advantage.
- Good understanding of responsive design, user experience principles, and digital usability.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web development workflow will be a plus.
- Familiar with social media and digital marketing campaign requirements.
- Strong time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to translate client briefs into effective digital experiences and interfaces.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive team player who can work independently and within a fast-paced team environment.
