A Culture of Innovation and Collaboration

<li>Working with various projects across Malaysia, can be based on or off-site and manage priorities among different projects.</li>
<li>Cooperate with the project manager / leading engineer's management of PV project design, construction quality and progress, timely and proactively coordinate and communicate with the project management team.</li>
<li>Carry out dynamic management of engineering technical solutions, schedules, personnel and other issues, guarantee quality based on drawing and design standard, while ensure work tasks complete on time.</li>
<li>Promptly cooperate with the project team to coordinate and communicate, and complete the task as required in line with project plan.</li>
<li>To liaise with consultant on technical issues and resolve within period of time.</li>
<li>Participate in the preparation of bidding and tender documents, technical specifications and technical negotiations, and participate in the review of design plans and construction drawings.</li>
<li>Timely reporting of task progress and status to the engineer / project leader.</li>
<li>Responsible for the management of the equipment / assets of the project undertaken, including shop drawings, test reports, delivery plan.</li>
<li>Responsible for the preservation of the information, quality records, and archives of the projects undertaken.</li>
<li>Responsible for the publication and archiving of end production of the projects undertaken.</li>
<li>Responsible for the technical connection between the project and the grid company, and handling of the relevant government construction procedures.</li>
