Job Description

The Sales Coordinator will be the key liaison between resellers, customers, and the product team. This role involves gathering customer requirements, tracking sales activities, and ensuring smooth coordination to support business growth. 


Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate and maintain regular communication with resellers. 
  • Collect and consolidate customer requirements and feedback. 
  • Collaborate with the product team to relay customer requests and follow up on deliverables. 
  • Track and follow up on reseller sales performance and progress. 
  • Assist in maintaining sales-related documentation and reports. 
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and handling administrative tasks. 

Job Requirements 

Technical Skills 

  • Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
  • Familiar with IT/software industry is an added advantage. 

Soft Skills 

  • Strong coordination and communication skills. 
  • Detail-oriented with good time management. 
  • Team player with a proactive attitude. 
  • Able to work under pressure and multitask efficiently. 

Education & Experience 

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role. 
  • Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply. 

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) 

  • Experience working with reseller networks. 
  • Experience in handling invitations, applications, and coordination with business partners, agencies, or stakeholders
