At Xsolla Curine Academy, we're passionate about empowering the next generation of game developers, artists, designers, and storytellers. Born from a collaboration between Xsolla, a global video game commerce company, and Curine Ventures, a Malaysian tech incubator and creative powerhouse, the academy is where innovation meets mentorship.
Our Origin Story The idea for Xsolla Curine Academy came from a shared vision: to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world industry experience in the gaming and digital entertainment world. We saw that many talented young creatives were graduating with potential—but lacking the hands-on skills or exposure needed to thrive in a competitive global market. So we set out to change that.
We officially launched the academy to serve as a training ground and launchpad for young talents, especially those passionate about entering the gaming, tech, and creative industries. Since then, we’ve been offering intensive programs, mentorships, and project-based learning opportunities in areas like game development, UI/UX design, 2D/3D art, animation, business in games, and more.

Summary: 
The Creative Designer Executive will be a key contributor to our
marketing and brand efforts, responsible for conceptualizing, designing,
and executing visually compelling creative assets across various
platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles,
an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate marketing objectives
into impactful visual solutions. This person will work closely with the
marketing team to maintain brand consistency and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Design Execution </li>
</ol>
 Design and produce a wide range of creative assets for digital and
print, including but not limited to social media graphics, website
banners, email templates, landing pages, infographics,
presentations, brochures, flyers, advertisements, and promotional
materials. 
 Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, marketing
objectives, and target audience preferences. 
 Prepare design files &amp;amp; various outputs (web, print, video) ensuring
optimal quality and specifications. 

2. Conceptualization &amp; Ideation 
 Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute
innovative design concepts and solutions 
 Develop visual layouts, storyboards, and mock-ups to present
design ideas. 
 Stay updated with industry trends, design tools and emerging technologies to bring
fresh perspectives. 

3.Brand guardianship
 Act as guardian of the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency
across all touchpoints. 
 Contribute to the evolution and refinement of brand guidelines
where appropriate

4.Collaboration &amp;amp; communication
 Work closely with the Marketing and content team to understand
project requirements and deliver assigns that meet strategic goals.
 Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to
stakeholders 
 Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders
efficiently and professionally.

5. Quality assurance
 Manage multiple designs project simultaneously, adhering to
deadlines and project timelines. 
 Prioritize tasks effectively in a face-paced environment
 Proofread and review design work to ensure accuracy, quality and
adherence to specifications before final delivery 

6. Adhoc 
 To work on any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
