<li>Create compelling visuals for marketing campaigns, banners, packaging, digital and retail displays.</li>
<li>Develop thoughtful layouts that balance aesthetics and communication clarity.</li>
<li>Participate in product or lifestyle photography direction — from styling ideas to visual framing.</li>
<li>Ensure all designs align with brand tone, visual hierarchy, and campaign objectives.</li>
<li>Prepare print-ready and digital artworks (POSM, key visuals, brochures, and display graphics)</li>
</ul>

<li><strong>Creative Coordination &amp; Workflow</strong></li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with marketing, retail, and visual merchandising teams to align on creative direction and execution timelines.</li>
<li>Support project organization — from artwork tracking to review coordination.</li>
<li>For senior-level candidates:</li>
<li>1. Oversee daily creative flow, distribute tasks, and review outputs for layout and consistency.</li>
<li>2. Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers to ensure quality and efficiency.</li>
