Job Description

 As a Lead Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing initiatives, driving exponential growth through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns. You will lead the charge in utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making, optimize customer acquisition funnels, and enhance overall campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Lead Performance Marketing Initiative: develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies tailored to the brand portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs. 
  2. Campaign Monitoring & Analytics: Oversee the monitoring and measurement of digital marketing campaigns using advanced analytics tools. Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. Conduct thorough post-mortem analyses of campaigns to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. 
  3. Digital Strategy & Execution: Manage digital analytics hands-on, leveraging insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns. Plan, drive, and oversee all customer marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across all business units. 
  4. Digital Advertising & Resource Management: Manage and supervise digital advertising buying activities, optimizing spend and performance for client campaigns. Innovate to maximize resource allocation, driving exponential growth through creative and strategic approaches. 
  5. Funner Optimization & Growth: Enhance business outcomes with data-driven strategies focused on optimizing customer acquisition funnels and improving conversion rates. Provide strategic input to business units, ensuring marketing efforts contribute to enhancing customer lifetime value and long-term client retention. 


Job Requirements

 

- A minimum of a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent in any field.

- At least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Communication, Branding, and Advertising.

- Proven track record as an Executive specializing in Digital Marketing or equivalent roles.

- Strong expertise in online paid media, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Waze Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, SEM, SEO, and other digital channels.

- Ability to analyze data to assess campaign performance and improve customer segmentation.

- Experience in running international marketing campaigns is an added advantage.

- Exceptional communication, project management, and analytical skills.
