You will be responsible for crafting creative strategies, managing social media campaigns, and leading a dynamic team of social media specialists. You’ll collaborate with various teams to align social media initiatives with overall business goals and ensure our clients’ brands shine across multiple digital platforms.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li><strong>Strategic Leadership</strong>: Develop and execute social media strategies that align with clients’ overall marketing goals and brand identity.</li>
<li><strong>Campaign Management</strong>: Lead the planning, creation, and execution of innovative social media campaigns across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).</li>
<li><strong>Team Leadership</strong>: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of social media specialists, ensuring high performance, creativity, and adherence to best practices.</li>
<li><strong>Content Development</strong>: Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content in various formats (posts, videos, stories, etc.), ensuring consistency and brand alignment.</li>
<li><strong>Performance Tracking</strong>: Utilize social media analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.</li>
<li><strong>Client Collaboration</strong>: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting social media strategies, providing regular updates, and gathering feedback to improve results.</li>
<li><strong>Trend Analysis</strong>: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to improve client performance and engagement.</li>
<li><strong>Budget Management</strong>: Develop and manage social media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.</li>
<li><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration</strong>: Work closely with other departments (Creative, Content, Strategy) to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts across all channels.</li>
