We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and be familiar with accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers accurately and on time</li>
<li>Record and maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)</li>
<li>Perform bank reconciliation</li>
<li>Assist in month-end closing and preparation of trial balance</li>
<li>Support CP204 tax installment submission</li>
<li>Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records</li>
<li>Assist in other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned</li>
</ul>
