<li>Manage the assigned projects according to the company’s project management methodology.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Responsible for the project deadline and budget, and ensure projects are delivered within the agreed project's scope.</li>
<li>Develop project timeline and milestones for any given project.</li>
<li>Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.</li>
<li>Ensure all issues/risks and changes are tracked throughout the project duration.</li>
<li>Coordinate internal manpower and third parties/vendors for the project execution.</li>
<li>Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure that the direction of each project is aligned.</li>
<li>Constantly contribute and improve company’s project management methodology.</li>
<li>Maintain good rapport with all project stakeholders.</li>
<li>Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with all project stakeholders.</li>
<li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.</li>
<li>Identify, track and mitigate potential project risks.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare project progress presentation/report to client prior to project meeting.</li>
<li>Conduct project meeting and presentation to client.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare minutes of meeting after project meeting with client.</li>
<li>Make presentations to customers, business partners and company management team concerning the progress of a project.</li>
<li>Lead and coach Project Executive to ensure projects are managed and implemented based on company’s project management methodology.</li>
<li>Review Project Executive daily timesheet.</li>
<li>Assist Finance and Sales teams in forecasting the invoice date and ensure the invoices date are met based on the forecast.</li>
</ul>
