Job Description

Responsible for managing and optimizing Zepto’s online platforms. The role involves ensuring that our e-commerce websites are functional, user-friendly, and engaging. This includes managing product listings, implementing strategies to improve online sales, and enhancing the overall user experience. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams, analyze key performance metrics, and troubleshoot any technical issues to improve the online shopping experience. 

Job Requirements

Hard Skills:

• Proven experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
• Strong understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
• Technical knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Ability to manage website content and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience in optimizing websites for conversion and performance.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in teams.
