Job Description

• Assist with daily sales reconciliation for arcade machines and retail sales.
   
• Review and verify cash handling records and payment reports.
   
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
   
• Assist in preparing, checking, and filing invoices and supporting documents.
   
• Help maintain accurate financial records and proper documentation.
   
• Support expense tracking and basic budget monitoring for arcade operations and IP pop-up events.
   
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
   
• Perform data entry into accounting systems or spreadsheets.
   
• Organize and maintain financial and audit-related files.
   
• Support internal audit checks and ensure compliance with company SOPs and accounting standards.
   
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the finance team when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree student in Accounting, Finance, or related field
   
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
   
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
   
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
   
• Able to support during peak periods and event cycles
