<div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br>• To assist in overall functions and activities of the Design &amp; Build department<br>• Coordinate the Design &amp; Build team as well as prepare and develop related<br>drawings, models, images, and materials that are aligned with the internal<br>department needs while maintaining brand image and company identity<br>• Develop tendering lot drawings for secured lots<br>• Ensure all the drawings are being presented with detailed specifications<br>• Prepare the designs according to space planning and overall layout, including<br>architecture and furniture selection, fixtures, and equipment (FF&amp;E) that work<br>in the space and meet the intended design goals<br>• Comply with company procedures and standards, liaise with the external<br>design team and other organizations as needed<br>• Provide administrative support by taking good care of department-related files<br>• Handle projects end-to-end, from design to drafting to execution in a budget<br>and timely manner<br>• Perform other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management</div>
