<p>As the Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently in delivering first-class customer experience as a whole. Your primary goal is to ensure that our business is operating at peak performance, both in terms of cost efficiency and productivity.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Working closely with other teams, including sales, marketing, product development, customer support to ensure that our business is operating at peak performance.</li>
<li>Analyse data, identify trends, and work with cross-functional teams to implement process and productivity improvements.</li>
<li>Manage 3PL and warehousing partners’ operations to ensure effective warehousing, fraud management, inventory management &amp; fulfilment process</li>
<li>Managing relationships with 3PL and reviewing service level provided and operational costs.</li>
<li>Collect and analyse relevant data relating to fulfilment &amp; warehouse operations to draw actionable insights for decision making or process improvement.</li>
<li>Managing inventory inventory levels and ensuring that products are in stock and available for purchase</li>
<li>Review monthly stock reconciliations &amp; identify variances &amp; cost discrepancies</li>
</ul>
