<li>To assist in overall functions and activities of the Design &amp; Build department&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate the Design &amp; Build team as well as prepare and develop related drawings, models, images, and materials that are aligned with the internal department needs while maintaining brand image and company identity&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop tendering lot drawings for secured lots&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all the drawings are being presented with detailed specifications&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare the designs according to space planning and overall layout, including architecture and furniture selection, fixtures, and equipment (FF&amp;E) that work in the space and meet the intended design goals&nbsp;</li>
<li>Comply with company procedures and standards, liaise with the external design team and other organizations as needed&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide administrative support by taking good care of department-related files&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle projects end-to-end, from design to drafting to execution in a budget and timely manner&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior/ management</li>
