<li>Perform operational execution across a variety of marketing tools, systems, and processes such as website CMS, Marketing Automation, CRM databases, and Analytics &amp; Reporting tools. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Execute marketing activities ranging from website publishing and maintenance, updating customer databases, setting up email campaigns, landing pages, and management of content repositories. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Daily processing of ad-hoc operational requests based on specific workflows. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Improve workflow and processes with team leads and senior management.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Implement measurement, tracking, and workflow processes to support performance reporting. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Supporting other workflow processes related to requests for data, information, and insights. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide peer mentoring support for Marketing Operations Associates.&nbsp;</li>
