<li>Monitor server performance and perform systems maintenance / backups according to requirements, Troubleshoot issues and outages.</li>
<li>Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.</li>
<li>Develop expertise for self improvement and to train staff on new technologies.</li>
<li>Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.</li>
<li>Perform on-page/Off-page optimization activities based on client’s requirements, review client sites and provide feedback on areas that can be improved</li>
<li>Stay on top of latest Baidu-specific and google algorithm releases and report any changes that may impact the client’s websites.</li>
<li>Participating in other ad-hoc projects including but not limited to, the above-listed responsibilities as requested by the company.</li>
<li>Set up, configure, and maintain web stacks, support dev teams to finetune web stacks.</li>
<li>Manage and maintain domain list and DNS configs.</li>
<li>Support marketing teams’ system and WordPress config needs</li>
<li>Be ready on call for emergency over the weekends and holidays.</li>
