What You'll Do

1. SEO & Technical Support - Manage keyword research, technical SEO checks, and on-page/off-page implementation; support SEO audits, configuration issues, and technical troubleshooting
2. Website & CMS Management - Manage and maintain WordPress CMS websites, including updates, bug fixes, plugin issues, security patches, performance optimisation, and ongoing maintenance
3. Web Development & Customisation - Develop custom, responsive WordPress websites; handle frontend and backend development; build, customise, and enhance themes and plugins with cross-browser compatibility and MySQL database support
4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve complex issues, provide technical recommendations, and support continuous service improvement
5. Customer Support & Growth Opportunities - Engage customers via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels to provide technical support
6. Quality Control & Knowledge Sharing - Perform quality checks, schedule updates upon task completion, provide programming assistance, contribute technical knowledge across teams, and handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

Must Have: 

1. Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2. 1–3 years of experience in web development, technical support, or a similar role (agency experience preferred)
3. Strong working knowledge of WordPress, including theme structure, functions.php and basic plugin customisation
4. Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, CSS3, and responsive web development
5. Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
6. Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin

Good to Have:

1. Experience with WooCommerce or e-commerce websites
2. Knowledge of RESTful APIs (JSON, XML) and MySQL databases
3. Understanding of UI/UX principles and Bootstrap grid system
4. Basic photo editing skills using Adobe Photoshop
5. Ability to adapt quickly and learn new technologies
