<li>Web Development &amp; Customisation - Develop custom, responsive WordPress websites; handle frontend and backend development; build, customise, and enhance themes and plugins with cross-browser compatibility and MySQL database support</li>
<li>Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve complex issues, provide technical recommendations, and support continuous service improvement</li>
<li>Customer Support &amp; Growth Opportunities - Engage customers via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels to provide technical support</li>
