About the Role
We're looking for a proactive IT Operations &amp; Project Support Specialist to join our growing tech team. This hybrid role blends IT operations, system testing, project support, and opportunities for hands-on development. You’ll help set up and test new systems, support daily operations, and get involved in frontend programming or test automation based on your interests and skills.
Job Description
<ul>
<li>Monitor and maintain core IT infrastructure and systems.</li>
<li>Provide technical support, resolving technical problems, and answering systems related queries.</li>
<li>Perform system testing (UAT, regression, functional) for new releases.</li>
<li>Set up and configure software systems for new projects.</li>
<li>Collaborate with developers and project teams during implementation.</li>
<li>Track issues and follow up until resolution.</li>
<li>Work on simple frontend tasks (e.g., UI updates, form changes) or automate test cases.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.</li>
</ul>
