The IT Intern will support the company's daily IT operations, including hardware and software troubleshooting, user support, system maintenance, and other technology-related tasks. The intern will gain hands-on experience in providing IT support within a business environment.&nbsp;

<h2>Key Responsibilities </h2>
End-User &amp; Helpdesk Support
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Log, triage and resolve day-to-day tickets (login, printing, email, connectivity).</li>
<li>&nbsp;Escalate unresolved issues with clear documentation of steps taken.</li>
</ul>
Microsoft 365 Administration (Supervised)
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Assist with user account setup / offboarding, mailboxes and licence assignment.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Support Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive setup and basic troubleshooting.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Help enforce security basics (MFA enrolment, password resets).</li>
</ul>
Odoo 18 ERP Support

<li>&nbsp;Assist with user creation, access rights and master-data entry.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Support UAT / testing of new modules and log bugs for the development team.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Prepare simple user guides and screenshots for staff.</li>

Hardware, Network &amp; Assets

<li>&nbsp;Set up laptops, peripherals and workstations for new hires.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Perform basic network checks (Wi-Fi, LAN, printers) and first-line diagnosis.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Maintain the IT asset register (devices, licences, warranties).</li>

Documentation &amp; SOPs

<li>&nbsp;Draft and update IT SOPs, onboarding checklists and knowledge-base articles.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Keep records consistent with Amazon Group branding and format standards.</li>

• Own SOPs and docs aligned to Amazon Group branding.
• Build hands-on IT skills across Microsoft 365, Odoo 18 ERP, hardware and user support!
