Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Functional Expert – S4 HANA eWM Inventory to join our team. This role involves defining and implementing solutions that optimize inventory processes in SAP S4 HANA Extended Warehouse Management (eWM). The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in SAP eWM, with the ability to gather requirements, develop conceptual designs, and lead implementation efforts. The position also supports change management initiatives to ensure the success of inventory system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Scope Definition and Requirement Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project scope and document functional and technical requirements.
Create detailed functional and/or technical specifications to guide solution design and implementation.
Solution Design and Development:
Develop and support proof of concepts (POCs) to validate proposed solutions.
Prepare estimates and conceptual designs for enhancements or new implementations in SAP eWM inventory processes.
Implementation Coordination:
Lead the implementation of SAP S4 HANA eWM inventory solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems or processes.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
Conduct advanced data analysis to evaluate system performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve inventory processes and overall supply chain efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Training:
Partner with finance, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of eWM inventory systems.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring proficiency in the new system functionalities.
Qualifications:
Mandatory Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in SAP eWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
At least 2 years of experience in relevant skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Intermediate proficiency in SAP MM (Materials Management).
Beginner proficiency in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).
Expert proficiency in data analysis.
Master-level proficiency in project management methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in supply chain management principles and practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
