<p><strong>Procurement &amp; Inbound Logistics Management:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and oversee inbound logistics activities, including transportation, customs clearance, and warehousing, to ensure timely receipt of raw materials, components, and finished goods.</li>
<li>Collaborate with freight forwarders and logistics partners to optimize transportation routes, minimize costs, and enhance efficiency.</li>
<li>Liaise with suppliers to place procurement orders, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure timely delivery of materials and components in accordance with production schedules</li>
<li>Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies to maintain quality standards and minimize disruptions.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Inventory Management:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Utilize inventory management systems and implement demand forecasting strategies to optimize inventory levels and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.</li>
<li>Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to manage demand and generate accurate and timely reports for decision-making purposes.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Fulfilment:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with fulfilment partners and distribution centers to manage order processing, picking, packing, and delivery including handling of returned deliveries.</li>
<li>Monitor delivery performance and address any issues or discrepancies to ensure efficient and on-time delivery to retail customers.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the supply chain, and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</li>
<li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
</ul>
