Job Title: Bi-lingual Japanese/Korean Cloud Engineer (Serverless Specialization) Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Client & Project Overview:

We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our dynamic team in Serverless supporting the Google Workspace Support project for our client. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, optimizing cloud computational resources to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requires understanding of the cloud compute engine concepts

• Participate in reviews of the change work products for all changes in the release.

• Coordinate updates of the product and service documentation

• Provide support when addressing escalated incidents.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Engineering degree (CS preferred) required and professional experience over 8 years or more (8-10 yrs)

• Minimum of  8  years working experience in roles involving internal or external support responsibilities in relevant technologies.

• Cloud certification/Google cloud certification is a major plus

• Bi-lingual Japanse or Bi-lingual Korean

• JSON -  Intermediate to Advanced

• YAML, NodeJS - Advanced

• HTML/CSS/Javascript - Advanced

• OAuth2,  SSL, HTTP Headers, - Advanced

• CI/CD (continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment) - Advanced

• Python or Java - Advanced
