<p>You will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing cloud-based systems while providing L2/L3 technical support for enterprise cloud services. You will have hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, scripting, and troubleshooting, ensuring high availability and performance for customers.<br></p>
<p><strong>Cloud Infrastructure &amp; Support:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide back-end cloud support for customer-facing teams, ensuring SLA compliance</li>
<li>Monitor cloud services (AWS/Azure) for performance, security, and cost optimization</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve escalated cloud infrastructure issues (VM, networking, storage, DB)</li>
<li>Analyze and troubleshoot customer file issues (XML, JSON formats) when required for investigations</li>
<li>Maintain internal knowledge base (Confluence, KB articles) for incident resolution</li>
</ul>
<p><br><strong>Automation &amp; Optimization:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for cloud operations</li>
<li>Knowledge in CI/CD pipeline improvements (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform - This is a plus)</li>
<li>Identify and implement cost-saving measures in cloud resource usage<br></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Compliance:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work with DevOps, Security, and IT teams to ensure Cloud best practices</li>
<li>Document processes and ensure compliance with IT security policies (ISO 27001, SOC 2)</li>
<li>Participate in on-call rotation with on-call allowances</li>
</ul>
