Job Description

Finance Operations Executive – Travel Industry

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Operations Executive to manage daily finance operations and support accurate, efficient financial processing in our travel business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily payment processing, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
  • Process employee expense claims and ensure policy compliance
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing
  • Monitor payables, receivables, and cash flow
  • Support internal teams and vendors on finance-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements 
  • Any other tasks assigned by superior 


Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 
  • 1–3 years of finance operations or accounting experience (travel industry is a plus) 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skill 
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting systems 
  •  Fluency in English is a requirement as you will be communicating with colleagues/clients based overseas 
  • Additional fluency in other languages ie Mandarin is a plus
