Job Description
Finance Operations Executive – Travel Industry
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Operations Executive to manage daily finance operations and support accurate, efficient financial processing in our travel business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily payment processing, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
- Process employee expense claims and ensure policy compliance
- Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing
- Monitor payables, receivables, and cash flow
- Support internal teams and vendors on finance-related matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
- Any other tasks assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1–3 years of finance operations or accounting experience (travel industry is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skill
- Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
- Fluency in English is a requirement as you will be communicating with colleagues/clients based overseas
- Additional fluency in other languages ie Mandarin is a plus
