Job Title: Finance Executive (6-Month Contract)

Employment Type: Contract (6 Months)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive on a 6-month contract basis to support the Finance Department in handling day-to-day financial operations. This role will be responsible for general finance and accounting matters across multiple functions and will provide support to ensure smooth financial processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
   
• Assist in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.
   
• Prepare and process payments, invoices, and expense claims.
   
• Perform bank reconciliation and assist in monthly closing activities.
   
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
   
• Assist in preparation of financial reports and schedules.
   
• Support audit, tax, and compliance-related matters when required.
   
• Perform any other finance-related tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
   
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in accounting or finance.
   
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
   
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
   
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
   
• Able to commit to a 6-month contract period.
