What are We Looking For
We are looking for an organized and proactive Accounts &amp; Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounts operations, coordinating administrative tasks, and working closely with team members and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
Accounting Duties:
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Manage daily accounting functions, including the preparation of financial reports, bank reconciliations, and processing of invoices.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements, including preparing and filing tax returns, and liaising with auditors when required.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting, providing management with regular updates on financial status.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Handle petty cash management and process staff expense claims.</li>
</ul>
Administrative Duties:
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office maintenance and other operational needs.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist with HR functions such as attendance tracking, payroll, and leave management.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Undertake any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.</li>
