Job Title: Junior/Payments Specialist Location: KL Eco City (Hybrid) Reporting To: Payments Team Lead Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Hybrid)

About the Role:
&nbsp;We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payments Specialist to manage and monitor client deposit and withdrawal transactions. This role is responsible for ensuring payments are processed accurately and in accordance with relevant regulations and internal guidelines while maintaining smooth day-to-day payment operations. 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Handling and monitoring clients’ deposits and withdrawals, making sure they are carried out as per relevant regulations and guidelines</li>
<li>Update the Platform systems with relevant information</li>
<li>Handle any client requests/complaints and perform a timely investigation</li>
<li>Assisting Onboarding/Support in replying to client queries</li>
<li>Collaborate/Assist the Compliance and Risk Team regarding specific clients</li>
<li>Conciliating with customers and service providers on payment issues via different channels</li>
<li>Other ad-hoc duties as per management’s request</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 1-year experience in a relevant position in the Finance industry will be considered an advantage</li>
<li>Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel)</li>
<li>University / College Degree in Business / Economics / Finance or any relevant field</li>
<li>Experience in a client facing position will be considered an advantage</li>
<li>Fluent verbal and written English (additional languages are an advantage)</li>
<li>Ability to work 3pm - 12am Monday - Friday (Shift)</li>
<li>A team player with excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Attention to details </li>
