<li>To manage customer accounts / calling activities set by Management on daily / monthly basis.</li>
<li>To call and advise customer to make payment on timely basis.</li>
<li>Responsible to achieve personal target given - daily / monthly and delivery good collection result.</li>
<li>To provide excellent customer services, maintain good client relationship and service levels.</li>
<li>To response customer request based on customer needs in effective manner.</li>
</ul>
