Job Description
Main Purpose of Job
- To manage customer accounts on monthly basis, ensure all customers paid before due date and avoid customer account flow in next delinquent level.
- Involve in collection activities and achieve collection result set by Management.
Principle Responsibilities & duties
- To manage customer accounts / calling activities set by Management on daily / monthly basis.
- To call and advise customer to make payment on timely basis.
- Responsible to achieve personal target given - daily / monthly and delivery good collection result.
- To provide excellent customer services, maintain good client relationship and service levels.
- To response customer request based on customer needs in effective manner.
Job Requirements
- SPM / STPM / Diploma or Degree holder or professional qualification in relevant disciplines.
- Relevant exposures and knowledge of credit management or operations of banking / financial institutions is preferred.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience.
