The role is to focus on data analytics and research to drive and support digital transformation initiatives. This involves analysing internal consumer database, market behaviour and benchmark against competitors as well as overall market landscape.
Principle responsibilities &amp; duties&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Data Analytics: Perform detailed data analysis on existing database and provide actionable insights, strategies to identify opportunities and improvement areas as well as optimize operational efficiencies. Able to acquire and maintain data, identify and analyse trends/patterns in complex data sets.</li>
<li>Market Research and Segmentation: Conduct comprehensive market and technology research to create innovative solutions based on customer segmentation and enhanced customer journey as well as competitor, environment analysis. Stay abreast with new and emerging trends and technologies.</li>
<li>Project Execution: Execute project implementation and work closely all cross-functional stakeholders. Able to execute projects end-to-end from conceptual presentations, to providing business requirements, conducting user tests until implementation stage.</li>
<li>Report Management: Manage reporting of research and analysis insights, key performance metrics and key project deliverables as well as post implementation review reports.</li>
