Job Description
- Salesforce data entry and LoanApp management
- Create leads and convert to opportunities
- Submit application to funder
- Sent credit guides if applicable
- Management of valuation report
- Order valuation
- Generate credit reports and complete title search
- Management of progress draws
- Complete KYC – IDyou or IDkit
- Complete application forms and sending for signatures
- Complete funding table and servicing calculator
- Draft credit proposal for credit assessment
- Credit assessment – assessing applications prior to submission to the credit analyst for review
- Review credit limits in line with 360MMS policies and procedures
- Recommend for approval/decline
- Complete cover sheets
- Dealing with underwriter MIR and queries
- Issue formal approval or decline letter
- Assist with Pre & Post settlement enquiries
Job Requirements
Required skills/experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other business-related fields
- Minimum 2 years of any related finance or credit experience
- Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively for fast-paced work environment, with varying degrees of supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data
- Understanding of the credit policy
- Problem-solving, mathematical, comprehension and analytical skills
