Our Mission

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Account &amp; Finance Executive to join our finance team in managing the financial operations of our shopping mall. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, budget monitoring, and smooth day-to-day accounting operations while supporting strategic decision-making for mall management and operations. 
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>Prepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including P&amp;L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and internal accounting policies.</li>
<li>Monitor financial performance and provide insights for cost control and revenue optimization. </li>
</ul>
Accounts Receivable &amp; Payable Management
<ul>
<li>Manage the billing and collection process for tenants, ensuring timely invoicing of rental, service charges, and utilities.</li>
<li>Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.</li>
<li>Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments in accordance with company policy. </li>
</ul>
Financial Analysis &amp; Advisory
<ul>
<li>Conduct financial analysis on tenant performance, rental yield, and operational costs.</li>
<li>Provide insights and recommendations to management for decision-making and financial planning.</li>
<li>Support management in business cases for new projects, capital expenditure proposals, and investments. </li>
</ul>
&nbsp;Compliance &amp; Audit
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including taxes (SST, income tax, etc.) and statutory filings.</li>
<li>Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audit and reporting purposes. </li>
</ul>
Other Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Mentor and guide junior finance staff or accountants.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments, including Operations, Leasing, and Marketing, to ensure seamless financial processes.</li>
<li>Assist in implementing process improvements, automation, and best practices in financial operations.</li>
</ul>
