Job Responsibilities:

Videography & Content Production

 Capture high-quality video footage and photographs of properties, company events, agent profiles, testimonials,

and surrounding environments.

 Record and edit company events, including capturing and organizing raw footage, sound files, and related

media.

 Capture and archive raw video footage for current and future marketing use.

Video Editing & Post-Production

 Edit promotional videos, walkthroughs, and digital content using Adobe Premiere Pro.

 Create 2D animations and motion graphics using Adobe Animate and Adobe After Effects.

 Choose and assemble the most suitable shots to ensure a smooth and logical flow of storytelling.

 Select and integrate appropriate soundtracks, sound effects, and voiceovers into the final production.

 Ensure video output meets quality standards in terms of visuals, audio, pacing, and branding.

Creative Direction & Planning

 Conduct video planning, including storyboarding, scripting, and planning shot lists and visual flow.

 Ensure proper sound levels, lighting, framing, and overall video quality during shoots.

 Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas to improve video storytelling and overall content quality.

 Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with branding and marketing goals.

Digital & Social Media Content Creation

 Create short-form content for social media (e.g. TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).

 Assist in developing and executing content calendars and campaign strategies.

 Monitor video performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.

 Maintain and organize media and asset libraries.

Job Requirements

 Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher Graduate in any field.

 At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in a related field is required.

 Preferably Junior Executive specialized in:

• Advertising/Media Planning
• Multimedia
• Creative Arts and Design

 Strong technical knowledge of video production and post-production processes.

 Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Animate.

 Good time management and organizational skills; able to meet strict deadlines.

 Must be fluent in Mandarin to communicate effectively with management.
