<p> Capture high-quality video footage and photographs of properties, company events, agent profiles, testimonials,</p>
<p>and surrounding environments.</p>
<p> Record and edit company events, including capturing and organizing raw footage, sound files, and related</p>
<p>media.</p>
<p> Capture and archive raw video footage for current and future marketing use.</p>
<h2><br>Video Editing &amp; Post-Production</h2>
<p> Edit promotional videos, walkthroughs, and digital content using Adobe Premiere Pro.</p>
<p> Create 2D animations and motion graphics using Adobe Animate and Adobe After Effects.</p>
<p> Choose and assemble the most suitable shots to ensure a smooth and logical flow of storytelling.</p>
<p> Select and integrate appropriate soundtracks, sound effects, and voiceovers into the final production.</p>
<p> Ensure video output meets quality standards in terms of visuals, audio, pacing, and branding.</p>
<h2><br>Creative Direction &amp; Planning</h2>
<p> Conduct video planning, including storyboarding, scripting, and planning shot lists and visual flow.</p>
<p> Ensure proper sound levels, lighting, framing, and overall video quality during shoots.</p>
<p> Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas to improve video storytelling and overall content quality.</p>
<p> Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with branding and marketing goals.</p>
<h2><br>Digital &amp; Social Media Content Creation</h2>
<p> Create short-form content for social media (e.g. TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).</p>
<p> Assist in developing and executing content calendars and campaign strategies.</p>
<p> Monitor video performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.</p>
