 As a Recruitment Support Intern, you will play a key role in helping us connect great people with great opportunities. Job Requirements

 Recruitment Support

• Assist recruiters in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Support in maintaining and updating candidate records in our recruitment systems
• Assist in reference checks and preparation of offer documents
• Contribute to recruitment campaigns and employer branding activities when needed

Administrative Support

• Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare regular reports
• Support onboarding processes and document collection
• Assist with recruitment materials such as interview guides or candidate summaries
• Provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related disciplines
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• A team player with a passion for people and talent
