<li>Identifying and attracting top-tier candidates aligned with client hiring requirements</li>
<li>Utilizing a variety of sourcing strategies—including job portals, crafting job advertisements, leveraging internal databases, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and headhunting techniques</li>
<li>Proactively developing and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to efficiently match candidates with open roles</li>
<li>Coordinating candidate interviews, ensuring they’re well-prepared, and maintaining consistent communication and feedback throughout the process</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Business Development</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proactively uncovering new business leads by monitoring market trends and industry shifts</li>
<li>Engaging potential and existing clients through multiple outreach channels such as email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and networking events</li>
<li>Maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships through regular, value-driven interactions</li>
<li>Gaining a deep understanding of each client’s recruitment challenges and goals</li>
<li>Offering strategic guidance on talent trends, market salary benchmarks, and candidate availability</li>
<li>Delivering consistently high service standards to your portfolio of clients<br><strong>Sales</strong></li>
<li>Exceed revenue targets and meeting individual KPIs in a fast moving, competitive sales environment</li>
