Job Description / Responsibilities:

<li>Handle day-to-day office administration (filing, data entry, documentation).</li>
<li>Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.</li>
<li>Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders.</li>
<li>Maintain records of payments, inventory, and office supplies.</li>
<li>Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.</li>
<li>Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams as required.</li>
<li>Ensure proper record keeping and confidentiality of company documents.</li>
<li>Support the execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline).</li>
<li>Manage and update company social media platforms and website content.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and proposals.</li>
<li>Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned.</li>
</ul>
