<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive <strong>Commercial Assistant</strong> to support our Commercial Team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, efficient documentation management, and effective coordination of commercial activities.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide administrative and clerical support to the Commercial Manager and team.</li>
<li>Assist in create, maintain, update e-commerce product listing.</li>
<li>Maintain organized records and filing systems for contracts, tenders, and commercial documentation.</li>
<li>Maintain databases of suppliers, clients, and contract records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.</li>
<li>Liaise with internal departments, external parties to ensure smooth information flow and task follow-up.</li>
<li>Support in tracking project progress, purchase orders, and contract performance.</li>
<li>Coordinate events, training sessions, and office functions.</li>
<li>Follow up on pending commercial tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion.</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as assigned by the Commercial Manager&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
