ABOUT OUR COMPANY CULTURE

To install, maintain, and troubleshoot three-phase electrical wiring systems across Agroto's greenhouses, processing areas, and auxiliary facilities in compliance with Energy Commission (ST) standards and internal safety protocols.
How This Role Will Benefit Agroto
<ul>
<li>The PW4 wireman performs routine wiring and maintenance to help prevent power disruptions critical to greenhouse operations and cold chain systems.</li>
<li>Ensures all wiring and connections meet safety standards, reducing the risk of electrical hazards, fires, or damage to valuable equipment.</li>
<li>Quick troubleshooting and in-house repair of electrical faults minimize operational delays and lower reliance on costly external contractors.</li>
<li>Certified PW4 work supports Agroto’s compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga requirements for licensed electrical installation work.</li>
<li>Skilled electrical support allows Agroto to efficiently scale up systems, such as irrigation pumps, lighting, and automation, during growth phases. Having a certified wireman on-site strengthens Agroto’s technical bench and supports mentoring of junior maintenance staff.</li>
