<ol>
<li>Perform installation, corrective work and maintenance activities for HVAC</li>
<li>Ensure that all corrective and maintenance work is done according to the specifications to avoid "Unnecessary Breakdown".</li>
<li>Ensure that all corrective and maintenance work is done according to the work schedule &amp; time.</li>
<li>Record all corrective and maintenance work performed in Service Report.</li>
<li>Immediately report to the employer or his representative any damage found during corrective or maintenance work.</li>
<li>Ensure that all tools or company equipment is properly maintained all time, and that any loss or damage should be reported immediately.</li>
<li>Ensure cleanliness and compliance to ISO Quality &amp; OSHMS procedure</li>
<li>Follow and comply with all instructions &amp; any other task given by the Management or Supervisor from time to time.</li>
<li>Prepare report required by management and customers</li>
</ol>
