About the Role

Responsible for ensuring AIA's products, services and internal operations / business processes meet the required quality standards

Roles and responsibilities

  • To deliver all activities related to the facilitating and creation of accurate and clear User Requirements for all Digital system enhancements / projects / new products / production incidents related to the Customer Experience Division.
  • To deliver all activities related to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) management of all Digital system enhancements/ projects/ new products/ production incidents related to the Customer Experience Division.
  • To lead/ project manage end-to-end activities for small scale Digital projects, which involve system enhancements and/or business process changes within Customer Experience Division only.
  • To streamline existing Digital processes to be more simplified and standardized across the business channels within Customer Experience Division.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience as business analyst position; preferably policy servicing department
  • Good command of English (both written and oral)
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Possess good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficient in using JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Office applications
  • Results driven and customer-oriented mindset
