Then read on.About the Role• Responsible for investment-related reporting and Investment’s annual investment income budgeting exercise. • Support the Associate Director, Investment Governance and Business Management, in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the middle office unit in supporting the management of the company’s investment assets.<ul><li>Investment Reporting &amp; Data Analytics</li><li>Responsible for investment-related reporting such as, but not limited to, the preparation of investment dashboards, monthly fund performance updates, investment-linked fund annual reports, and fund fact sheets.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of periodic reports for submission to regulators.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of risk reports.</li><li>Coordinate with and manage other stakeholders such as Group Investment pertaining to AIA MY’s reporting requirements.</li><li>Responsible for ad-hoc investment-related data needs/requests from internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Undertake and drive ad-hoc projects/initiatives as required.</li><li>Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports as per local reporting requirements.</li><li>Assist to prepare various presentation decks for CIO for purposes of presenting at EXCO, RCE and other management/strategic meetings</li><li>Assist to prepare various reports supporting Real Estate Investment and Mortgage department</li></ul><ul><li>Investment Budgeting</li><li>Responsible for the preparation of Investment’s annual investment income budget</li><li>Ensure timeliness and accuracy of data and the monitoring/tracking of investment income, long term operating profit after tax (“LTOPAT”) and GOE on a monthly basis.</li></ul><ul><li>Compliance</li><li>Ensure adherence to operating guidelines, processes and procedures.</li><li>Report any breach/deviation with explanation on root cause of breach/deviation and remediation plans.</li><li>Ensure audit trail is available for compliance and audit check.</li></ul>Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
