Job Description

• Collaborate with management to develop both long-term strategic plans and short-term operational initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of business units against strategic objectives, and prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement, recommend corrective actions, and support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct market and customer research, including competitor analysis, to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities that drive revenue, efficiency, and productivity.
• Serve as Programme Manager to ensure projects are executed in compliance with company standards and relevant regulations.
• Develop dashboards, executive summaries, and weekly/monthly reports to track project outcomes against OKRs and market developments.
• Partner with Finance, Department Heads, and Project Managers throughout the budgeting cycle, including planning, utilization tracking, and forecasting.
• Prepare actionable reports and insights for key internal and external stakeholders to enable informed decision-making.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in strategy, project management, or an analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and draw actionable conclusions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
