<li>Collaborate with management to develop both long-term strategic plans and short-term operational initiatives.</li>
<li>Monitor and evaluate the performance of business units against strategic objectives, and prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for senior management.</li>
<li>Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement, recommend corrective actions, and support strategic decision-making.</li>
<li>Conduct market and customer research, including competitor analysis, to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities that drive revenue, efficiency, and productivity.</li>
<li>Serve as Programme Manager to ensure projects are executed in compliance with company standards and relevant regulations.</li>
<li>Develop dashboards, executive summaries, and weekly/monthly reports to track project outcomes against OKRs and market developments.</li>
<li>Partner with Finance, Department Heads, and Project Managers throughout the budgeting cycle, including planning, utilization tracking, and forecasting.</li>
<li>Prepare actionable reports and insights for key internal and external stakeholders to enable informed decision-making.</li>
