The position would represent the department to handle simple request from various stakeholders and lead profitability analyses. He/she would also be in charge in engaging with retakaful operator for proposed retakaful arrangement on new product.Roles &amp; Responsibilities:Product Development&nbsp;<ul><li>Lead the process of end to end new product development from technical product development through to system implementation, including the necessary approval processes.&nbsp;</li><li>Support the Company in developing the product strategy including the product roadmap, as aligned with the customer proposition.•&nbsp;</li><li>Proactively and frequently improve the product pricing process through automation, Prophet pricing, and reconciliation with valuation model.•&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure products are administered correctly in the system via robust User Acceptance Testing procedures.</li><li>Effectively communicate pricing outcome and key sensitivities during Product Development Committee.•&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support distribution channels on all product-related matters e.g. product roll out, training, sales collaterals.&nbsp;</li></ul>Project and others<ul><li>In collaboration with Marketing and Distribution leads, manage enhancements and other changes to products in conjunction with up-sell/ cross-sell promotions and sales campaigns</li><li>Drive and lead ad-hoc projects based on emerging business needs.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.</li><li>Assist and be involved in data analytics tasks in order to support business decisions.</li></ul>Minimum Job Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor degree holder, preferably in Actuarial Science or other educational background with significant mathematical and analytical courses</li><li>Good progress in paper of an internationally recognized actuarial body</li><li>4-7 years of actuarial experience</li><li>Detail-oriented and ability to work independently</li></ul>Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
