Job Description

i) Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Develop a deep understanding of client products, business objectives, and technology needs to effectively represent user and stakeholder interests.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related discussions, ensuring requirements, priorities, and expectations are clearly communicated.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritise product requirements and feature requests.
• Provide product-related support, guidance, and knowledge sharing to clients and internal teams when required.
   

ii) Product Planning & Delivery

• Own and manage product initiatives from concept through launch, coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g. engineering, QA, design, business development) to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate product planning sessions, roadmap discussions, and regular progress reviews.
• Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including product requirements, user stories, process flows, and user guides.
• Prepare and present regular product updates and progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, timelines, and key outcomes.
   

iii) Product Performance & Optimisation

• Evaluate existing products, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, optimisation, or innovation.
• Support feasibility assessments and cost-benefit analyses for new product features or solutions.
• Track product performance using key metrics (e.g. KPIs, user adoption, ROI) and recommend data-driven enhancements.
• Continuously refine product processes and practices to improve delivery efficiency and overall product quality.
   

iv) Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities.
• Work closely with project managers and team members to resolve issues, manage dependencies, and optimise product deliver
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or a related role.
• Solid understanding of product development lifecycles and agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with experience using KPIs, ROI, and performance metrics to guide product decisions.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
• Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Familiarity with product and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Notion, Productboard) is an advantage.
• Experience in digital, SaaS, or technology-driven environments will be an added advantage.

Skills
