Then read on.About the RoleResponsible for determining the validity and authorising settlement of individual health insurance claims<ul><li>Assess and settle individual health insurance claims arising from policies in force</li><li>Make recommendations and guidelines to individual health insurance claims</li><li>Liaise with solicitors and other third parties during investigation and negotiation to seek guidance on the course of action that serves the best interest of AIA</li><li>Process all individual health insurance claims documents timely</li><li>Answer inquires relating to claims processing</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Education qualification in Biomedical, Biotechnology, Health Science, Biology or related fields</li><li>Minimum 2 years experience in minor reimbursement claims processing</li><li>Sound knowledge of medical terms and claims processes</li><li>Ability to read and write Mandarin Chinese will be an added advantage to support a specific group of customers.</li><li>Good decision-making and communication skill</li><li>Self-motivated and customer-driven</li><li>Sound problem solving skill</li></ul>Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
