Job Description

Role Overview : 

Key Responsibilities :  

  • Provide full administrative and operational support to the Sales Team.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, performance trackers, and client data using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation, etc.).
  • Handle quotation preparation, invoicing, and purchase orders accurately and within deadlines.
  • Assist in forecasting and sales analysis to support management decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, HR, Operations) to ensure smooth processing of sales-related activities.
  • Manage and update CRM systems and sales databases, ensuring data accuracy at all times.
  • Monitor and follow up on client requests, pending documents, and payment updates.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing for all sales-related activities.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis tasks assigned by management.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion without compromising accuracy. 

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in a Sales Admin or Sales Support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, formulas) and confident in preparing analytical and performance reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for preparing presentations, sales summaries, and management decks.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong sense of responsibility.
